Shipping & Returns

Isa Amaka operates on a made-to-order pre-order basis. Pre-orders remain open for two weeks, after which each piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production before shipment.

Because many pieces are made to order, bespoke, personalised, or custom-sized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact returns@isaamaka.com with your order number, photographs, and a description of the issue. We ask that you notify us within 14 days of delivery.
